Aragón creates 32 jobs across six departments and public bodies

The Government of Aragon has created 32 new jobs across six departments and public bodies through Order HAP/1346/2026, dated September 14, published in the Official Gazette of Aragon number 183, dated September 21, 2026 (reference BOA20260921001). The regulation modifies the Job Position List of several departments and is part of the agreement on the provision criteria applicable to new personnel entering through the intellectual disability and mental illness quotas. The order will take effect from the day following its publication, that is, September 22, 2026.

The modification is initiated ex officio at the request of the Director General of the Civil Service, following a proposal from the Multidisciplinary Team, in accordance with the first section of the Agreement of June 24, 2026, of the Government of Aragon, which was publicized through Order HAP/1017/2026, dated June 26. The Directorate General of Budgets issued a report on September 9, 2026, with the economic study of the proposal, which comprises files 59 to 90/2026.

The procedure complies with Decree 68/2021, of May 19, which regulates the Job Position Lists of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Aragon and its public bodies, and the competence attributed by Decree 127/2026, of July 22, which approves the organic structure of the Department of Finance, Interior and Public Administration. The order bears the signature of the counselor Roberto Bermúdez de Castro Mur.

Distribution of the new positions

• Department of Presidency, Justice, Culture and Sport: ten positions (RPT 117344, 117346, 117347, 117348, 117354, 117355, 117371, 117372, 117373 and 117374).
• Department of Finance, Interior and Public Administration: three positions (RPT 117349, 117350 and 117375).
• Department of Housing, Public Works, Logistics and Territorial Cohesion: one position (RPT 117351).
• Department of Education, Science and Universities: ten positions (RPT 117356 to 117364 and 117376).
• Aragonese Institute of Social Services: seven positions (RPT 117352 and 117365 to 117370).
• Aragonese Employment Institute: one position (RPT 117353).

Destinations and characteristics of the vacancies

The positions are distributed among central services, provincial services, and dependent centers:

• Presidency, Justice, Culture and Sport: Library of Aragon, General Directorate for Statutory Development, General Directorate of Legal Services, Territorial Delegation of Teruel, General Directorate of Institutional Relations and Relations with the Courts, Pablo Serrano Aragonese Institute of Contemporary Art and Culture, and the Administrative Unit of the Single-Judge Courts of Zaragoza.
• Treasury, Interior and Public Administration: General Directorate of Public Service and General Directorate of Taxes.
• Housing, Development, Logistics and Territorial Cohesion: General Directorate of Housing.
• Education, Science and Universities: Provincial Service of Zaragoza, Professional Conservatory of Music of Aragon, San Jorge Integrated Public Center, Monsalud Early Childhood Education School, Zaragoza School of Art, and Andalán Secondary Education Institute.
• Aragonese Institute of Social Services: Care Center for people with intellectual disabilities (Zaragoza), Provincial Directorate of Zaragoza, Turia home for the elderly (Teruel), and elderly residences Ciudad de Huesca, Romareda (Zaragoza), and Sagrada Familia (Huesca).
• Aragonese Employment Institute: headquarters of the organization.

The positions correspond to the designations of Administrative Assistant, Administrative Staff, Specialized Domestic Services Personnel, and Auxiliary Services Personnel. Most fall under subgroup C2 or group E, with levels 13, 14, and 16, specific supplement A —except for one position with supplement B—, provision form D, and situation VD. Several destinations require a negative certificate from the Central Registry of Sex Offenders.

Financing and validity

The creation of the positions will be carried out charged to the credits of Section 30 “Various Departments” from the date of their validity until the end of the 2026 financial year. The affected departments must provide for the financing of the new positions in subsequent budget years.

The regulation reinforces the incorporation of personnel with intellectual disabilities and mental illness into the Aragonese Administration and expands the staff of social services, education, justice, and employment across the three provinces, with a special impact on care centers for people with disabilities and elderly residences.
