Aragon definitively awards dozens of job positions through transfers

The Department of Finance, Interior and Public Administration of the Government of Aragon has definitively awarded the labor staff positions called for provision through the transfer process. The resolution, signed on August 6, 2026, by the Director General of the Civil Service, Antonio Villacampa Duque, is published in the Official Gazette of Aragon number 163, dated August 24, 2026 (reference BOA20260824004).

The call dates back to the Resolution of June 22, 2026, published in the Official Gazette of Aragon number 124, dated July 1, 2026, which opened the transfer process for permanent labor staff positions. Subsequently, the Resolution of July 21, 2026, announced the list of admitted and excluded applicants and provisionally awarded the positions.

Scope of the award

The final resolution assigns a total of 45 positions to the applicants listed in the attached annex, declaring the remaining called positions vacant. The destinations are distributed among various professional categories and bodies of the Aragonese Administration:

  • Auxiliary Services Staff (positions such as 1119, 1128, 9735, 9783, 9890, 9970, 12328, 12330, 12484, 12566, 12732, 12739, 13585, 14128, 14371, 14608, 14798, 17960, 17967).
  • Specialized Domestic Services Staff (positions such as 9838, 9841, 10018, 10440, 10639, 10734, 13957, 13993, 14308, 14316, 14540, 14542, 14556, 14701, 14721, 14734, 14736, 14907, 15544, 15553, 16180, 52011, 57246, 101478).
  • Crew Foreman (position 8259).

Destinations and involved bodies

The awarded positions are distributed among several departments and bodies of the Autonomous Community of Aragon:

  • Department of Finance, Interior and Public Administration.
  • Department of Housing, Public Works, Logistics and Territorial Cohesion.
  • Department of Presidency, Justice, Culture and Sport.
  • Department of Education, Science and Universities (the highest number of destinations).
  • Department of Health.
  • Aragonese Institute of Social Services.
  • Aragonese Employment Institute.

Among the awardees are, among others, Elisa Ruiz Martínez, María Pilar Escota Anton, Octavio Pérez Sánchez, David Castellanos Gómez, María Rocío Santiago Ríos, Dolores Quevedo Rasero, Marta Gutiérrez Maicas, Juan Jarque Cotillo, Esmeralda Cebrián Graus, Inmaculada Galve Muñoz, María Pilar Moreno Ruiz, Carmen Villalta Martín, Emilio Bujeda Simón, Óscar Betes Molina, Coral Almazán Calve and Alejandra Calderero Rodríguez.

Assumption of office and effects

In accordance with section 5 of article 86 of the VIII Collective Agreement for the Labor Personnel of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Aragon, the destinations obtained in the voluntary mobility procedures are non-waivable. The assumption of office in the assigned position is deferred to September 21, 2026, the date on which the corresponding bodies of the destination departments or agencies will formalize the relevant proceedings. For remuneration purposes, the provisions of the current Budget Law of the Autonomous Community of Aragon shall apply.

Against this resolution, which does not exhaust administrative remedies, an administrative appeal (recurso de alzada) may be filed before the Councilor of Finance, Interior and Public Administration within one month of its publication, prior to pursuing the social judicial route.

The publication closes a mobility process that directly affects dozens of workers of the Aragonese Administration who are changing destinations, mostly auxiliary and domestic service personnel from educational and social centers. For the officials involved, it entails the consolidation of a new position with economic and destination effects starting next September 21.
