Andalucía increases the Puntos Vuela maintenance grant to 34,785.96 euros

The Management Directorate of the Digital Agency of Andalusia has increased to 34,785.96 euros the amount provided for in section 5.a) of the summary table of the aid line “Puntos Vuela Inclusión Digital Mantenimiento”. The decision is formalized in the Resolution of October 26, 2026, published in the Official Gazette of the Government of Andalusia (BOJA) No. 210, corresponding to Thursday, October 29, 2026, on page 14227 and with text No. 14227. The new amount replaces the one that appeared in that box of the regulatory bases and will take effect from the day of its publication.

Support in the 2021 regulatory bases

The resolution is issued under the first final provision of the Order of November 9, 2021, of the Ministry of the Presidency, Public Administration and Interior, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a non-competitive concurrence regime, aimed at municipalities and autonomous local entities of Andalusia in a digital divide situation and at non-profit associative entities, for the revitalization of digital competence centers.

That final provision was modified by the Order of March 13, 2026, of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mines, which added an express authorization in the second paragraph of its section 1: the head of the Management Directorate of the Digital Agency of Andalusia may modify the subsidized amount of section 5.a) of the summary table, referring to non-profit associative entities, through the publication of the corresponding resolution in the BOJA.

The signed text indicates that the Management Directorate “considers it convenient” to proceed with the update of that amount, without detailing the previous amount or the percentage of variation in the body of the resolution.

The first resolution fixes the new amount and the second limits its temporal scope: the figure will only apply to calls made after the entry into force of this resolution, not to those already resolved or in progress.

The third resolution establishes that the resolution shall take effect «from the same day of its publication» in the BOJA, meaning that the new amount became active on October 29, 2026, without a vacatio legis period.

The text appears in section 1, «General Provisions», under the heading of the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence, Digital Development and Public Administration, and occupies two pages of the bulletin. The summary of the same issue lists the regulation in that section with the indication «text no. 14227 - 2 pages», allowing for its direct location in the copy.

Impact for municipalities and entities

The «Puntos Vuela» line supports the revitalization of digital competence centers in territories with difficulties in accessing and using technology, a network that in Andalusia relies on city councils and the local associative fabric. The update of the amount provides beneficiaries with a stable economic reference to plan the maintenance of these centers in future calls, which are the only ones to which the new figure will apply. For interested municipalities and non-profit entities, the relevant fact is that the amount is already in force and that its effective application will arrive with the next call published by the Digital Agency of Andalusia.
