Alfoz de Quintanadueñas oferta tres plazas de empleo público para 2026

The City Council of Alfoz de Quintanadueñas has approved its Public Employment Offer for 2026, which opens three labor staff positions in the municipality. The Mayoral resolution that green-lights the call is dated September 4, 2026, and the announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Burgos no. 185, of September 29, 2026, with official reference BOPBUR-2026-04038. The offer had already been released in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León on September 10, 2026.

Regulatory framework and issuing body

The call is approved by resolution of the Mayor’s Office of the City Council of Alfoz de Quintanadueñas, signed in Quintanadueñas on September 17, 2026, by the mayor, Gerardo Bilbao León. The agreement is adopted in compliance with Article 91 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, and Article 70 of the revised text of the Law of the Basic Statute of the Public Employee, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of October 30.

The offer is limited to labor staff and does not include, according to the published announcement, civil servant positions. The three vacancies are divided between two different professional categories and three distinct job positions, each with a single vacancy.

The three offered positions

The details collected in the official announcement are as follows:

  • Municipal building cleaning assistant: labor category AAPP6, position AAPP6, 1 vacancy.
  • Early childhood education technician: labor category C1-4, position C1-4, 1 vacancy.
  • Multi-service laborer: labor category AAPP6, position AAPP6, 1 vacancy.

In total, the 2026 Public Employment Offer of the municipality comprises 3 vacancies for labor staff, one for each position listed in the table published by the provincial gazette.

Deadlines and means of appeal

The agreement exhausts the administrative route, therefore a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed against it before the Contentious-Administrative Section of the Court of First Instance of Burgos, or before the court of the district where the interested party resides if it is located in Castilla y León, at their choice. The deadline is two months starting from the day following the notification, in accordance with Articles 14 and 46 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, regulating the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction.

Optionally and previously, a motion for reconsideration may also be filed before the same body that issued the resolution, within a period of one month from the day following the notification, according to Articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. All this without prejudice to other actions that the interested party deems appropriate.

Impact for the municipality’s candidates

The publication of the offer opens the door for the Alfoz de Quintanadueñas City Council to call for the corresponding selection processes for the three positions in the coming months, an essential step for applicants to submit their requests. This is a small offer but with very different profiles—cleaning, early childhood education, and multiple services—which broadens the range of potential candidates within the municipality itself and the Burgos district. Interested parties must follow the rules of each call, which are not yet detailed in the announcement, to learn about the requirements, required qualifications, and registration deadlines.
