The Ministry of Labor and Solidarity published in the JORF No. 0204 of September 2, 2026, two decrees dated July 31, 2026, which increase the amounts of financial aid granted to adapted companies (entreprises adaptées) and economic activity-based integration structures. These new scales, applicable since June 1, 2026, increase the aid per full-time workstation up to 19,626 euros for the oldest disabled workers, with specific rates for Mayotte.

The first text, the Decree of July 31, 2026 (NOR TRSD2615065A), sets the amounts of aid for adapted companies and adapted temporary work agencies. The second, the Decree of July 31, 2026 (NOR TRSD2622668A), concerns economic activity-based integration structures, integration schemes implemented in prison environments, and Mayotte.

Aid for Adapted Companies

For the aid per full-time workstation provided for in Article R. 5213-76 of the Labor Code, the annual amount is now set according to the worker’s age:

  • 18,890 euros for workers under 50 years old;
  • 19,133 euros for workers aged 50 to 55;
  • 19,626 euros for workers aged 56 and over.

In Mayotte, these amounts are set at 14,657 euros, 14,851 euros, and 15,231 euros, respectively. These scales also apply to adapted companies whose activities are located in penitentiary establishments and are reduced in proportion to the actual or assimilated working time.

The same decree sets the aid per full-time position provided for in Article D. 5213-81 of the Labor Code at 5,029 euros (3,902 euros in Mayotte), the base aid for fixed-term contracts at 12,904 euros (10,016 euros in Mayotte), and the base aid under Article R. 5213-86-5 at 5,484 euros (4,256 euros in Mayotte).

Aid for Economic Activity-Based Integration

The second decree increases the base amounts of aid for integration structures:

  • 13,785 euros for integration companies (Article R. 5132-8 of the Labor Code);
  • 4,990 euros for integration temporary work agencies (Article R. 5132-10-13);
  • 1,677 euros for intermediary associations (Article R. 5132-24);
  • 24,786 euros for integration workshops and sites (Article R. 5132-38), including 1,278 euros for socio-professional support and technical supervision missions.

In Mayotte, these amounts are 10,700 euros, 3,844 euros, 1,302 euros, and 19,238 euros, respectively. The monthly flat-rate amount for assistance to integration enterprises through self-employment is set at 466 euros (362 euros in Mayotte). The modulated portion of the aid, paid based on results achieved, is capped at 10% of the base amount, and at 5% for structures located within penitentiary establishments.

Payment Terms

The aid is paid monthly by the Agence de services et de paiement on behalf of the State, calculated based on the number of eligible disabled workers who worked during the month in full-time equivalent. The monthly payment is limited to one-twelfth of the annual financial amendment, with under-consumed credits carried over to subsequent months and possible adjustments in May, September, December, and January.

For integration structures, the base amount paid during the month corresponds to one-twelfth of the total aid for integration positions indicated in the agreement, adjustable according to the actual occupancy level of the positions in the fifth, eighth, and eleventh months of the covered period.

Scope of the Measure

These increases, applicable retroactively from June 1, 2026, strengthen public support for the employment of disabled workers and the professional integration of people far from the job market. By raising the aid ceilings per position, the State intends to consolidate the economic model of adapted enterprises and integration structures, while adapting the scales to the realities of Mayotte and the prison environment.
