Social Security bids for a premises in Santiago for 352,538 euros

The General Treasury of the Social Security (TGSS) announces a public auction of a commercial premises of its property located at Fontiñas street number 43 in Santiago de Compostela, with a tender price of 352,538 euros. This is stated in the announcement published in the Central Administration section of the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña on October 28, 2026, with official reference 2026/6920, signed by the provincial directorate on October 23, 2026.

The procedure responds to the previous decision to alienate the property and is processed according to the specifications governing the auction, available to bidders both in paper and on the Social Security website. Deadlines, submission of offers and visit

According to condition 8 of the specifications, interested parties may submit offers in a sealed envelope until 14:00 hours on November 17, 2026. Proposals must be presented at the General Registry of the Provincial Directorate of the TGSS of A Coruña, at Ronda Camilo José Cela, 16, or in any of the registries provided for in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on common administrative procedure.

The public auction is scheduled for November 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM, in an auction room located at rúa Ramón y Cajal, 2, A Coruña, headquarters of the Provincial Directorate of the ISM of A Coruña, before the Board constituted for this purpose.
