Explotacions Forestals Garriga se transforma en Garriga Immobles SL

La sociedad civil forestal de Porqueres (Girona) se convierte en sociedad de responsabilidad limitada bajo la denominación Garriga Immobles, S.L., ampliando capital, cambiando de objeto y trasladando su domicilio. El acuerdo, adoptado por unanimidad el 14 de agosto de 2026, se publica en el Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil del 19 de agosto.

Explotacions Forestals Garriga transforms into Garriga Immobles SL

The forestry civil society of Porqueres (Girona) becomes a limited liability company under the name Garriga Immobles, S.L., increasing its capital, changing its corporate purpose, and relocating its registered office. The agreement, adopted unanimously on August 14, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry on August 19.
