Audiencia ciudadana sobre obligaciones formales de los notarios valencianos

La Conselleria de Economía, Hacienda y Administración Pública abre un trámite de audiencia ciudadana de 15 días sobre el proyecto de orden que regula las obligaciones formales de los notarios en los impuestos de transmisiones patrimoniales y actos jurídicos documentados (ITP/AJD) y de sucesiones y donaciones. El anuncio se publica en el Diari Oficial de la Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV) número 10444, de 4 de septiembre de 2026.

Citizen hearing on the formal obligations of Valencian notaries

The Department of Economy, Finance and Public Administration is opening a 15-day public hearing process regarding the draft order regulating the formal obligations of notaries in property transfer and documented legal act taxes (ITP/AJD) and inheritance and gift taxes. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV) number 10444, dated September 4, 2026.
