MVCV Hermanos absorbs MVCV Rent in a merger of Cádiz-based companies

The general meetings of MVCV Hermanos SL and MVCV Rent SL agreed on June 30, 2026, to the merger by absorption of the latter by the former, according to the announcement published in the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry on August 19. The creditors of both companies have one month to exercise their rights.

MVCV Hermanos absorbe MVCV Rent en fusión de sociedades gaditanas

Las juntas generales de MVCV Hermanos SL y MVCV Rent SL acordaron el 30 de junio de 2026 la fusión por absorción de la segunda por la primera, según el anuncio publicado en el Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil del 19 de agosto. Los acreedores de ambas mercantiles disponen de un mes para ejercer sus derechos.
