El TSJCV anula parte del plan logístico de Sagunt y protege suelo agrícola

The TSJCV annuls part of Sagunt's logistics plan and protects agricultural land

The High Court of Justice of the Valencian Community partially annuls the Special Plan for the Sagunt Logistics Area and mandates the preservation of 681,394 m² of agricultural land in L’Arrif. The ruling is published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana on August 21, 2026.
