Austria sets homework tariff for brush and paintbrush makers

The Austrian Federal Conciliation Office issued a homework tariff regulating working times and piece rates for the manufacture of brushes and paintbrushes, with a 20% surcharge when workers supply their own tools, effective 1 June 2026.

Austria sets new home-work piece rates across nine sectors

The Bundeseinigungsamt has issued nine new home-work tariffs setting minimum piece-rate wages for home workers in as many sectors, each with a 10% surcharge, published in the Bundesgesetzblatt Teil II of 20 August 2026.
