FONDAT revokes its 2025 accounts and reforms its statutes

The extraordinary general meeting of the real estate company FONDAT, S.A. will revoke the 2025 accounts approved in June for affecting the true and fair view and will reform Article 4 of its bylaws following a negative rating from the Barcelona Registry.

FONDAT revoca sus cuentas de 2025 y reforma sus estatutos

La junta extraordinaria de la inmobiliaria FONDAT, S.A. revocará las cuentas de 2025 aprobadas en junio por afectar a la imagen fiel y reformará el artículo 4 de sus estatutos tras una calificación negativa del Registro de Barcelona.
