Justicia aprueba nuevo reglamento para renovar magistrados mayores de 75 años
El Ministerio de Justicia aprobó un nuevo reglamento para el trámite del nuevo nombramiento de jueces y magistrados del Ministerio Público que alcanzan los 75 años, publicado el 12 de agosto de 2026 en el Boletín Oficial de la República Argentina. La norma deroga el régimen anterior y se alinea con el Decreto N° 467/2026.

Justice approves new regulation to renew magistrates over 75 years of age
The Ministry of Justice approved a new regulation for the procedure of the new appointment of judges and magistrates of the Public Ministry who reach 75 years of age, published on August 12, 2026 in the Official Bulletin of the Argentine Republic. The regulation repeals the previous regime and aligns with Decree No. 467/2026.
