Environmental green light for four hybrid photovoltaic parks in Albacete

The Directorate General for Quality and Environmental Evaluation of MITECO has issued a favorable environmental impact statement for the Breña, Cerroblanco, Torviscal, and Majales photovoltaic parks, which will be hybridized with existing wind farms in the province of Albacete. The resolution, published in BOE no. 224 on September 10, 2026, authorizes 217,800 solar modules subject to environmental conditions.
