Asturias ejecuta dos sentencias de responsabilidad patrimonial por daños

La Consejería de Movilidad, Medio Ambiente y Gestión de Emergencias del Principado de Asturias ha ordenado ejecutar dos sentencias del Tribunal de Instancia de Oviedo que reconocen indemnizaciones a dos ciudadanos por responsabilidad patrimonial de la administración, publicadas en el BOPA del 24 de agosto de 2026.

Asturias executes two patrimonial liability judgments for damages

The Regional Ministry of Mobility, Environment and Emergency Management of the Principality of Asturias has ordered the execution of two rulings from the Court of First Instance of Oviedo, which recognize compensation for two citizens due to the administration’s patrimonial liability, published in the BOPA on August 24, 2026.
