El TSJC revisará el listado de beneficiarios de ayudas del Tajogaite
La Consejería de Presidencia remite al Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Canarias el expediente del procedimiento de derechos fundamentales interpuesto por Alicia Vanoostende Simili sobre el listado de beneficiarios de las subvenciones por el volcán Tajogaite. The TSJC will review the list of aid beneficiaries for Tajogaite
The Ministry of the Presidency forwards to the High Court of Justice of the Canary Islands the case file for the fundamental rights procedure filed by Alicia Vanoostende Simili regarding the list of beneficiaries of the subsidies for the Tajogaite volcano. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Canary Islands no. 168, dated August 21, 2026.
