El Ministerio de Cultura ha ejercido el derecho de tanteo sobre una escultura de la Inmaculada del siglo XVIII subastada en Madrid, reteniéndola para el patrimonio histórico español. La pieza se asignará al Museo Nacional de Escultura.

The State exercises the right of first refusal over an 18th-century Neapolitan Immaculate Conception
The Ministry of Culture has exercised its right of first refusal over an 18th-century sculpture of the Immaculate Conception auctioned in Madrid, retaining it for Spanish historical heritage. The piece will be assigned to the National Museum of Sculpture.
