Bolvir rejects water meter project and approves new version with reduced budget

Bolvir revokes the initial and final approvals of version 3 of the project to replace water meters with digital remote reading and approves a new version 2 with a budget of €277,979. The contracting is initially limited to phase 1, which includes the meters with difficult access, due to lack of funding.
