El concurso de Mondelo Hostelería se cierra por masa insuficiente
El Juzgado de Primera Instancia nº 2 de Lugo concluye el concurso 259/2025 de MONDELO HOSTELERIA SL por insuficiencia de masa activa, revoca a los administradores concursales y ordena el cierre provisional de la hoja registral. La resolución se publica en el BORME del 1 de septiembre de 2026.

Court of First Instance No. 2 of Lugo concludes the insolvency proceedings 259/2025 of MONDELO HOSTELERIA SL due to insufficient active assets, removes the insolvency administrators, and orders the provisional closure of the registry entry.
