Zaldibarreko zabortegiaren hiru lursailen expropiazioa ordaindu du Eusko Jaurlaritzak

Josu Bilbao Begoña Eusko Jaurlaritzako Ingurumen Saileko idazkari nagusiaren 2026ko uztailaren 2ko ebazpenaren bidez, Verter Recycling 2002, S.L. enpresari diruz lagundu zaio modu subsidarioan Zaldibarreko zabortegiko larrialdi-obretan eragina izan zuten hiru lursailen (96, 100 eta 129 zk.) desjabetze-prozesuan. BOPV 2026/3631 zenbakian argitaratu zen abisua abuztuaren 17an.

The Basque Government has paid for the expropriation of the three plots of the Zaldibar landfill.

Josu Bilbao Begoña Through the resolution of July 2, 2026, of the General Secretary of the Environment Department of the Basque Government, Verter Recycling 2002, S.L. has been subsidiarily subsidized in the expropriation process of three plots (Nos. 96, 100 and 129) affected by the emergency works at the Zaldibar landfill. El Gobierno Vasco ha pagado la expropiación de las tres parcelas del vertedero de Zaldibar.

Josu Bilbao Begoña Mediante resolución de 2 de julio de 2026 del secretario general del Departamento de Medio Ambiente del Gobierno Vasco, se ha subvencionado de forma subsidiaria a la empresa Verter Recycling 2002, S.L. en el proceso de expropiación de tres parcelas (n.º 96, 100 y 129) afectadas por las obras de emergencia del vertedero de Zaldibar. El aviso se publicó el 17 de agosto en el BOPV 2026/3631.
