Tordesillas authorizes the FV EDF 41 photovoltaic plant with public utility status

The Junta de Castilla y León authorizes the construction of the «FV EDF 41 (FOIN)» photovoltaic plant in Tordesillas and recognizes its public utility, despite unfavorable reports from the Irrigation Community and the Agriculture Service. The declaration enables the compulsory expropriation of land in the irrigable area of the Tordesillas Canal.

Tordesillas autoriza la planta fotovoltaica FV EDF 41 con utilidad pública

La Junta de Castilla y León autoriza la construcción de la planta fotovoltaica «FV EDF 41 (FOIN)» en Tordesillas y le reconoce utilidad pública, pese a los informes desfavorables de la Comunidad de Regantes y del Servicio de Agricultura. La declaración habilita la expropiación forzosa de terrenos en la zona regable del Canal de Tordesillas.
