Valantic BPX absorbs its subsidiary Stools Global Services in Barcelona

The board of Valantic BPX, S.L. approved on June 30, 2026, the merger by absorption of its wholly-owned subsidiary Stools Global Services, S.L.U., through a simplified vertical merger. The agreement is published in the BORME no. 159 of August 19, 2026.

Valantic BPX absorbe a su filial Stools Global Services en Barcelona

La junta de Valantic BPX, S.L. aprobó el 30 de junio de 2026 la fusión por absorción de su filial Stools Global Services, S.L.U., integrada al 100%, mediante una fusión vertical simplificada. El acuerdo se publica en el BORME núm. 159 del 19 de agosto de 2026.
