The merger by absorption of Santander Private Banking Gestión, S.A., SGIIC into Santander Asset Management, S.A., SGIIC results in the change of management entity for the SICAVs KGINVES103 and KLANDUR, registered in the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry on August 26, 2026.
