Indelta entra en liquidación voluntaria y nombra liquidador único
La mercantil valenciana INDELTA SL ha acordado su disolución voluntaria y ha nombrado liquidador único a su hasta ahora administrador, Francisco José Gurrea Carpena. El acuerdo consta inscrito en el Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil número 170, de 3 de septiembre de 2026.

Indelta enters voluntary liquidation and appoints sole liquidator
The Valencian commercial company INDELTA SL has agreed to its voluntary dissolution and has appointed its current administrator, Francisco José Gurrea Carpena, as sole liquidator. The agreement is recorded in the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry number 170, dated September 3, 2026.
