Geodis RT Spain reduces its share capital by one million euros through the cancellation of shares.

GEODIS RT SPAIN, S.A.U. amortizes 250,000 shares to return one million euros to the sole shareholder of the Spanish subsidiary of the French logistics group, in an agreement adopted on June 29, 2026 and published in the Commercial Registry.

GEODIS RT SPAIN, S.A.U. amortiza 250.000 acciones para devolver un millón de euros al accionista único de la filial española del grupo logístico francés, en un acuerdo adoptado el 29 de junio de 2026 y publicado en el Registro Mercantil.
