EU Commission clears GAHL acquisition of Mercedes-Benz assets

The European Commission decided on 7 August 2026 not to oppose the acquisition of certain Mercedes-Benz assets by GAHL (Case M.12503) and declared the concentration compatible with the internal market. The clearance was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 12 August 2026.
