José Luis García-Juanes, nuevo fiscal jefe de Madrid

El Consejo de Ministros ha nombrado a José Luis García-Juanes Guerrero fiscal jefe de la Fiscalía Provincial de Madrid, uno de los cargos de mayor volumen de asuntos del Ministerio Fiscal. El nombramiento se publica en el BOE del 27 de agosto de 2026 mediante el Real Decreto 696/2026.

José Luis García-Juanes, new chief prosecutor of Madrid

The Council of Ministers has appointed José Luis García-Juanes Guerrero as chief prosecutor of the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office of Madrid, one of the positions with the highest volume of cases within the Public Prosecutor’s Office. The appointment is published in the BOE of August 27, 2026, via Royal Decree 696/2026.
