Enplater spins off its logistics business into a group subsidiary

Enplater Alta Segarra, S.L. has agreed to the partial spin-off of its logistics, transport and warehousing branch, transferring it as a block to the subsidiary Enplater Logistics, S.L., as published in the BORME No. 158 of 18 August 2026.

Enplater escinde su negocio logístico hacia filial del grupo

Enplater Alta Segarra, S.L. ha acordado la escisión parcial de su rama de logística, transporte y almacenaje, transmitiéndola en bloque a la filial Enplater Logistics, S.L., según se publica en el BORME núm. 158 de 18 de agosto de 2026.
