تفويض الإمضاء على شؤون موظفي الأمن الوطني بقرار جديد

أصدر المدير العام للأمن الوطني عبد اللطيف حموشي قرارًا رقم 1793.26 يفوض بموجبه الإمضاء والتأشير على وثائق تسيير موظفي الأمن الوطني، بما فيها الشؤون التأديبية والتقاضي، نُشر في الجريدة الرسمية عدد 7536 مكرر بتاريخ 21 أغسطس 2026، ويلغي القرار السابق رقم 372.24.

Delegation of signing authority regarding National Security personnel affairs by a new decree

The Director General of National Security, Abdellatif Hammouchi, issued Decision No. 1793.26, by which he delegates the authority to sign and endorse documents related to the management of National Security personnel, including disciplinary matters and litigation. This was published in the Official Gazette No. 7536 bis on August 21, 2026, and repeals the previous Decision No. 372.24.

Delegación de firma sobre los asuntos del personal de la Seguridad Nacional mediante una nueva resolución

El Director General de la Seguridad Nacional, Abdellatif Hammouchi, ha emitido la decisión número 1793.26, mediante la cual delega la firma y visado de los documentos de gestión del personal de la Seguridad Nacional, incluidos los asuntos disciplinarios y litigios, publicada en el Boletín Oficial número 7536 bis con fecha 21 de agosto de 2026, y que anula la decisión anterior número 372.24.
