The portal is server-rendered and exposes a date-scoped listing at /documents?periodType=day&date=DD.MM.YYYY; each row pairs a publication number (eoNumber) with a direct per-document PDF at /file/pdf?eoNumber=<id>, and the eoNumber embeds the publication date.
