Zuheros orders access to its restricted circulation areas

The Zuheros City Council has opened for public consultation the initial approval of the Municipal Ordinance regulating the service of Planning and Regulation of Access to Restricted Traffic Areas within the municipal district. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba, number 172, dated September 4, 2026, page 12862, with reference BOP-A-2026-2973.
The decision was adopted by the Plenary of the Zuheros City Council in an ordinary session held on July 9, 2026, under file Gex 2026/650. The new regulation will organize and regulate access to the restricted traffic zones of the municipality, with a direct impact on the mobility and traffic of both residents and visitors.
Processing and period for allegations
The agreement is processed in accordance with article 49.b) of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of Local Regime. During the public exhibition period, interested parties may submit claims and suggestions within a period of thirty business days starting from the day following the publication of the announcement.

If no allegations are submitted after the deadline, the agreement, which until then was provisional, will be understood as definitively adopted. In the event that allegations are formulated, these will be processed and evaluated by the Plenary before the adoption of the final approval agreement.
The announcement is signed by the mayor, Juan Manuel Poyato Cuenca, dated August 18, 2026, and is made public for general knowledge.
