Zigoitia auctions residential plot in Apodaka for single-family housing

The Zigoitia City Council has called for a tender by auction for the disposal of a residential urban property located at Lugorri Street, 2 in the town of Apodaka, for the purpose of constructing a detached single-family home. The call is published in the Official Gazette of the Historical Territory of Álava (BOTHA) number 104, dated September 11, 2026, and bids may be submitted until November 9, 2026.

The procedure is processed under Mayoral Resolution 2026-0371, dated September 2, 2026, and is open to both individuals and developers, with both in-person and electronic submission options.

The asset subject to the auction

The plot, with cadastral reference 18-1-689-1-1, corresponds to cadastral plot 689 of polygon 1 of Apodaka and has a surface area of 1,082 m² according to the cadastre and 1,072.99 m² according to the registry. Its purpose is the construction of a detached single-family home and compatible uses, and it is free of known charges or encumbrances.

Its boundaries are as follows:

• North: cadastral plot 718 of polygon 1.
• South: plot No. 7 of the Partial Plan of sector S-1 (cadastral plot 690 of polygon 1).
• East: local communications system (Lugorri Street).
• West: cadastral plot 87 of polygon 1.

The city council acquired the asset by adjudication in the Reparceling Project of the Partial Plan of sector S-1 of Apodaka, definitively approved by Mayoral Resolution No. 573, dated October 27, 2004.

Deadlines and submission of bids

The deadline for submitting bids is 60 calendar days from the publication of the announcement in the BOTHA, that is, until November 9, 2026. Submission can be carried out in person or electronically.

• Electronic means: contractor profile on the municipal website (www.zigoitia.eus).

The bid opening act will take place on November 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Town Hall. The specifications document is available to interested parties at the municipal offices and on the contractor profile.
