Object of the Appeal

The controversy centers on the final settlement of the rehabilitation and expansion work of the Bengolarra sports facilities, as well as the inadmissibility of the allegations formulated by the winning temporary joint venture. UTE ZIGOITIA challenges the decision of the municipal Plenary adopted on May 18, 2026.

The appeal is processed before the contentious-administrative jurisdiction of Vitoria-Gasteiz, which must rule on the legality of the challenged municipal agreement.

Signature and Scope

The resolution of this litigation is of interest to the municipal management of Zigoitia, as it affects the final settlement of a public sports work and may set a precedent for the processing of future claims in municipal construction contracting.
