Zarza de Montánchez definitively approves its municipal flood plan

The Zarza de Montánchez City Council has definitively approved its Municipal Action Plan for Flood Risk (PAMIN), according to the announcement published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres no. 0184, corresponding to Friday, September 25, 2026. The resolution, signed by Mayor Joaquín Rivas Palomino on September 24, 2026, is published for general knowledge and concludes the administrative process. The full text of the plan is available to interested parties on the electronic office and the Transparency Portal of the council.

• Contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Section of the Court of First Instance of Cáceres, within a period of two months starting from the day following publication, in accordance with article 46 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, of the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction.

If the option to file the optional appeal for reversal is chosen, the contentious-administrative appeal cannot be filed until the former is expressly resolved or has been dismissed by silence. The announcement also reminds that any other appeal that the interested party may deem more convenient for their rights remains reserved.
