Zaragoza opens the works around the amusement park for public consultation

The Zaragoza City Council has opened for public consultation the works project “Actions on roads and infrastructure in the surroundings of the Zaragoza amusement park,” with a total budget of 4,180,998.10 euros (VAT included) and an execution period of twelve months. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of Aragon number 165, dated August 26, 2026, with reference BOA20260826028.

The decision is adopted according to what was agreed in the first and second points of the Decree of August 11, 2026, from the Counselor of Presidency, Institutional Relations and Public Security, and is processed in application of article 345 of Decree 347/2002, of November 19, of the Government of Aragon, by which the Regulation of Assets, Activities, Services and Works of Local Entities of Aragon was approved.

Public consultation process

The project will be on display for a period of fifteen days from the publication of the announcement, during which any interested party may consult it and submit allegations. The document is displayed on the contractor profile of the Zaragoza City Council, at the web address https://www.zaragoza.es/sede/servicio/contratacion-publica/.

Once the public consultation has concluded and the mandatory reports have been issued, the Government of Zaragoza will resolve on the final approval of the project.

Allegations may be submitted to the Registry of the Zaragoza City Council, indicating in the subject line “Allegations to file 0062373/2026 - Approval of the project for Actions on roads and infrastructure in the surroundings of the Zaragoza amusement park,” and addressed to the General Directorate of Strategic Projects and External Projection.
