Zaidín approves the auction of an 815-square-meter plot in Tarragona

The City Council of Zaidín has definitively approved file 1660168P for the onerous disposal, via auction, of a patrimonial plot of 815 square meters located at Berga 4 street in Roda de Barà (Tarragona). The decision was formalized by Mayoral Resolution 2026-0289, dated October 16, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca number 201, dated October 20, 2026, in the Local Administration section (pp. 125-126, CSV BOPH-2026-201034).

The announcement is disseminated in compliance with article 8.1 a) of Law 19/2013, of December 9, on Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance, and bears insertion number 4634 within the City Councils section. The file stems from the agreement of the Plenary of the Zaidín City Council on October 31, 2025, which authorized the disposal of the property through a public auction.
