Yanguas presents the project for three homes for 445,655 euros

The Yanguas City Council has approved the project for the work “Construction of three dwellings in Yanguas”, budgeted at 445,655.00 euros, and has submitted it for public exhibition so that interested parties may file objections. The agreement was adopted by the municipal Plenary in the session of July 19, 2026, and its announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Soria, number 98, of August 24, 2026 (page 2908).

The project was drafted by the architect Roberto Atienza Pascual and will be available to citizens for a period of twenty calendar days, counted from the day following the publication of the announcement in the official gazette.

Period for objections

During the exhibition period, the document may be examined at the municipal offices and on the City Council’s notice board. Any interested party may submit any objections they deem appropriate within that period.

Processing of the agreement

If no objections are submitted during the exhibition period, the agreement will become final. The announcement is signed by the mayor, José Rico Martínez, in Yanguas, on July 19, 2026.

The construction of three municipal dwellings in Yanguas, a town in the Tierras Altas region of Soria, is part of the strategy to stabilize the population in the rural Soria area, which is affected by depopulation. The investment, exceeding 445,000 euros, seeks to expand the available housing offer in the municipality and attract new residents.
