Por FactBox Admin

The Ministry of Housing and Urbanism modified the selection of applicants for subsidies from the Housing Choice Solidarity Fund in three projects in the Metropolitan Region, through exempt resolution No. 1,513 exempt, dated September 29, 2026. The correction was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Chile No. 44,567, on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, section II, with the official reference CVE 2880374. The act rectifies amounts that had been duplicated by error in exempt resolution No. 2,074 (V. y U.), dated December 31, 2025.
Exempt resolution No. 255 (V. y U.), dated February 14, 2025, called for a selection process under special conditions for the granting of subsidies from the program regulated by DS No. 49 (V. y U.), of 2011, under the collective application alternative for Construction projects on New Land. The call included the communes of Alhué, Buin, Calera de Tango, Colina, Curacaví, El Monte, Isla de Maipo, Lampa, María Pinto, Melipilla, Padre Hurtado, Paine, Peñaflor, Pirque, San José de Maipo, San Pedro, Talagante, and Tiltil, as well as the urban area of Lo Herrera, in San Bernardo, closing on March 27, 2025.
The origin of the rectification was an email dated February 18, 2026, from the Sub-department of Subsidies for Construction Projects of Serviu Metropolitan Region, which warned of differences in the base subsidy amounts. The review confirmed that in exempt resolution No. 2,074 (V. y U.), the sum corresponding to the increases granted by the Atmospheric Decontamination Plan, Sustainable Construction Standard, and Saturated Areas was duplicated by error.
The three rectified projects
The resolution replaces the tables of Resolved 1 of exempt resolution No. 2,074 (V. y U.) and sets the following total financing amounts:
- Viñedos de Tango, code 187856, commune of Calera de Tango: 55,482.92 UF.
- Villa Bicentenario, code 188491, commune of Pirque: 35,186.38 UF.
- Villa Reinero, code 188490, commune of San Bernardo: 9,146.35 UF.
- Total for the call: 99,815.65 UF.
Adjustment for disability and neurodivergence
In addition to the correction of the increases, the administrative act modifies the amount granted for Disability in the Viñedos de Tango project, given that a case corresponding to neurodivergence must be included. The adjustment is applied to the projects already selected, which maintain their status as selected applicants in the process.
Technical assistance, inspection, and budget balance
Resolved 2 sets the fees for technical assistance, technical work inspection, and CBR fees for each project:
- Viñedos de Tango: 2,000.50 UF for technical assistance, 0.00 UF for inspection, and 58.00 UF in CBR fees; total 2,058.50 UF.
- Villa Bicentenario: 1,260.00 UF, 0.00 UF, and 36.00 UF; total 1,296.00 UF.
- Villa Reinero: 342.00 UF, 0.00 UF, and 10.00 UF; total 352.00 UF.
Ruling 3 updates the budget allocation of the call closing on March 27, 2025: out of 800,000.00 UF in available resources, 99,815.65 UF are assigned to subsidies for the selected units, with a balance of 700,184.35 UF.
Exempt Resolution No. 2,074 (V. y U.), of 2025, remains in effect in all aspects not modified by the new act, and the Single Annex was replaced by the one attached. The measure, signed by Minister Iván Poduje Capdeville and transcribed by Undersecretary Natalia Aguilar Bravo, corrects an error that altered the subsidy amount for three housing projects, such that the selected families will see the figure recorded in the selection process adjusted.
