Vivienda publica nóminas de subsidios para 85 damnificados del Biobío

The Ministry of Housing and Urbanism published this Friday, October 23, in the Official Gazette three partial lists of beneficiaries of the Housing Choice Solidarity Fund for affected families in the Biobío Region. The resolutions, issued by the Regional Ministerial Secretariat of Housing and Urbanism of the Biobío Region, assign 1,340 UF to each selected family under the assisted self-construction modality. In total, the three lists cover 85 families and 113,900 UF.

The lists were published as extracts in Section II of the bulletin (Particular Norms), with official references CVE 2887106, CVE 2887107, and CVE 2887108. All derive from the call for applications made through exempt resolution No. 479 (V. and U.), of 2026, and its modifications, and are signed by the regional ministerial secretary, Anselmo Villagra Cabello.

Three resolutions and 85 families

Each resolution approves a partial list with its own total value:

  • Exempt Resolution No. 2,873, dated 08.17.2026: 39 nominated people, for a total of 52,260 UF.
  • Exempt Resolution No. 3,008, dated 09.09.2026: 16 nominated people, for a total of 21,440 UF.
  • Exempt Resolution No. 3,157, dated 09.30.2026: 30 nominated people, for a total of 40,200 UF.

The three resolutions identify the selected individuals by RUT, modality (ACA), surnames, names, commune, and amount in UF, and close with the signature of the seremi of Biobío.

Penco concentrates the majority of cases

The territorial distribution of the lists is markedly unequal among the three included communes:

  • Penco: 79 of the 85 families nominated across the three resolutions.
  • Concepción: 3 families, all in resolution No. 3,157 and No. 3,008.
  • Tomé: 2 families, one in resolution No. 2,873 and another in No. 3,008.

Among the names included are, in the list of resolution No. 2,873, Alejandro del Carmen Arredondo Vergara, Ana María Cisternas Rodríguez, and María Mercedes Coloma Henríquez, the latter from Tomé. In resolution No. 3,008 appear, among others, Modeimy Tamara Cofré Jerez (Tomé) and Giordano Bruno Pinto Campos (Concepción), while No. 3,157 incorporates Bernarda del Carmen Vidal Gatica and Gabriel Hernán Tapia Parra, both from Concepción.

Uniform amount and dissemination period

The subsidy is identical in all cases: 1,340 UF per family, with no variations by commune or resolution. The total amount committed in the three lists amounts to 113,900 UF.

The extracts further establish that the list of selected beneficiaries may be disseminated in a regional or national circulation newspaper, or on the website of Minvu or Serviu Biobío Region, during the 15 days following the publication of each resolution.

These three publications are added to a series of partial payrolls from the same call released since July 2026, including exempt resolutions No. 2,077, 2,277, 2,319, 2,325, 2,427, 2,564, 2,591, and 2,649, all from the Seremi of Biobío and with the same destination: affected families from Concepción, Penco, and Tomé.

The impact of the measure is direct for 85 households that are now enabled to build their homes with state support on land in the coastal area of Biobío, one of the areas with the highest housing pressure in the region. The publication in the Official Gazette constitutes the act that provides legal certainty to the list and opens the period for its public dissemination, a previous step to the materialization of the subsidies.
