Por FactBox Admin

The First Vice-Presidency and Department of Housing, Employment, Youth and Equality has announced, for the 2026 financial year, subsidies for an initial amount of 980,000 euros, expandable up to 5,000,000 euros, to finance the preparation of the evaluation report for residential housing buildings in the Valencian Community (IEEV.CV). The resolution, dated September 24, 2026, and signed by the first vice-president and regional minister Susana Camarero Benítez, is published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV) number 10465, of October 5, 2026, with reference DOGV-C-2026-31166. The deadline for submitting applications is two months starting from the day following publication.
Regulatory and Budgetary Framework
The grants are governed by the regulatory bases approved by the Resolution of June 19, 2026 (DOGV 10393, of 06/29/2026), modified by the correction of errors published in DOGV 10399, of 07/07/2026. The call is part of the Strategic Subsidy Plan 2024-2026 (DOGV 9875) and line S0505 “Financing for the preparation of building evaluation reports,” of subprogram 431H00 Quality and Rehabilitation.
Funding is provided by budget application G0114.02.02.431H00, from Chapter VII of the Generalitat’s 2026 budget, using unconditional own funds. The amount may be increased by an additional sum of up to 5,000,000 euros if there is a generation, expansion, or incorporation of credit, via a resolution that must be published in the DOGV prior to the granting. The summary of the call is identified in the National Subsidy Database under number 930830 (DOGV-C-2026-31203).
Grant Amount and Calculation
The subsidy is granted on a competitive basis, and the sole priority criterion is the order of submission of complete applications. The amount is calculated based on the maximum protected amount—the lesser of the invoiced cost excluding VAT and the reference cost—and the following percentages are applied according to the number of dwellings in the building:
- 1 dwelling: 90%.
- 2 to 3 dwellings: 80%.
- 4 to 7 dwellings: 70%.
- 8 to 11 dwellings: 60%.
- 12 to 40 dwellings: 50%.
- More than 40 dwellings: 40%.
The reference cost of the IEEV.CV is set at 600 + 50 x N when N is equal to or less than 20, and at 1,300 + 15 x N when it exceeds 20, where N is the number of dwellings plus the constructed area of other compatible uses divided by 100. In buildings located in sensitive urban areas, the maximum aid increases to 90% for single-dwelling buildings and to 80% for the rest.
Beneficiaries, Deadlines, and Fire Annex
Beneficiaries may be natural persons and homeowners’ associations or groups thereof. The reports must be registered in the regional Registry of IEEV.CV after November 17, 2025. Homeowners’ associations are required to submit the application electronically via the procedure sede.gva.es/es/proc112181; natural persons may also do so in person at the territorial offices of Alicante, Castellón de la Plana, and València.
On a voluntary basis, an annex may be added with a study on the building’s potential for improvement regarding fire safety, which entitles the applicant to a complementary grant:
- From 1 to 5 dwellings: up to 150 euros.
- From 6 to 10 dwellings: up to 200 euros.
- From 11 to 20 dwellings: up to 250 euros.
- From 21 to 40 dwellings: up to 350 euros.
- More than 40 dwellings: up to 500 euros.
The maximum period for resolution and notification is six months from the end of the application period. The aid is incompatible with other grants or resources for the same purpose from any public administration.
The call reaches a broad group—homeowners’ associations, individuals, and technicians from across the Comunitat—and seeks to extend a tool that evaluates the state of conservation, accessibility, and safety of residential buildings. With an initial 980,000 euros and a potential ceiling of nearly six million, the volume of aid will depend on the pace of application submissions, as the criterion is strictly temporal and funds are exhausted in order of receipt.
