Viscofan and Ship2b join the board of Potato Bioplastics

Potato Bioplastics Sociedad Limitada has ceased to be governed by a sole administrator and has established a board of directors incorporating Viscofan España SL and Ship2b Ventures SGEIC S.A. as directors. The agreement was registered on September 23, 2026, in the Mercantile Registry of Valencia and published in the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (BORME) no. 189, dated September 30, 2026, First Section, page 45952, with the reference BORME-A-2026-189-46 (registration 436688). The operation coincides on the same registration date with two capital increases and a change in the company’s corporate name.

The BORME is the official journal in which acts registered in the provincial mercantile registries are published. The entry appears under the registered acts heading of the First Section (Entrepreneurs) corresponding to Valencia/València and expressly describes a “Change of the Administration Body: Sole Administrator to Board of Directors,” with registration data S 8, H V 196274, I/A 10.

The same registration date of September 23, 2026, records two capital increases of the company:

Registration 436689: increase of 1,600.20 euros, with a resulting subscribed capital of 26,415.90 euros.
Registration 436690: increase of 3,796.10 euros, with a resulting subscribed capital of 30,212.00 euros, accompanied by the modification and consolidation of bylaws and a change of corporate name to BZERO Material Sociedad Limitada.
