Vinuesa delegates the mayoralty to his deputy mayor for one week

The Mayor’s Office of Vinuesa has delegated its functions and powers to the first deputy mayor, Mónica Hernández Pacheco, during the period from September 6 to September 13, 2026, both inclusive, during which the mayor will be absent from the town. The decision was adopted by Resolution No. 189/2023, dated September 8, 2023, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Soria, number 103, dated September 4, 2026.
The delegation is based on Article 23 of Law 7/1985, Regulating the Bases of Local Government, and Article 47 of Royal Legislative Decree 2568/1986, of November 28, which approves the Regulations on the Organization, Operation, and Legal Regime of Local Entities. The resolution, signed in Vinuesa on September 2, 2026, by Mayor Juan Ramón Soria Marina, ensures the continuity of municipal management during the mayor’s absence.
Scope of the delegation
The delegation grants the deputy mayor full exercise of the functions and powers inherent to the Mayor’s Office during the specified period, so that the administrative activity of the municipality is not interrupted.
