Twenty days for allegations for two provincial works in Lugo

The Provincial Council of Lugo is opening a public information period of twenty (20) business days for legitimate individuals and entities to submit allegations, claims, or suggestions regarding two provincial works projects. These consist of the renovation of the low-voltage electrical installation at the Provincial Mobile Park site, in Lugo, and the rehabilitation of the road surface of the LU-P-1306 road in the municipality of Incio. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lugo number 206, dated September 9, 2026, under reference R. 2388.

The procedure is issued by the Contracting and Development Service, through the Council’s Works and Plans Unit, and complies with Article 93 of the Recast Text of the Legal Provisions in force regarding Local Regime (R.D.L. 781/1986) and Article 83 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The edict was signed in Lugo on September 4, 2026, by the general secretary, José Antonio Mourelle Cillero.

Two works under public information

The first project, file 2026/CON_02/000044, consists of the renovation of the low-voltage electrical installation at the Provincial Mobile Park site, in Lugo. The second, file 2026/CON_02/000080, affects two roads in the municipality of Incio:

Rehabilitation of the surface of the LU-P-1306 «Megoxe (LU-651) – Seceda – Ferrería do Incio (LU-642)», between p.k. 21+124 and 24+886, with gravel surfacing.
Rehabilitation of the LU-P-2503 «Incio (LU-642) – Foilebar – LU-P-5603», between p.k. 2+500 and 2+600 and 6+100 and 6+900, with hot mix asphalt (HMA).

How to submit allegations

The period of twenty business days begins to count from the day following the publication of the edict in the Official Gazette of the Province. During this period, legitimate individuals or entities may formulate allegations, claims, or suggestions regarding the projects.

The aforementioned project will be available to interested parties on the transparency portal of the Provincial Council of Lugo, at the address https://portaltransparencia.deputacionlugo.org.

Relevance for the province

Both actions are of direct interest to the residents and construction companies of the province. The electrical renovation of the Provincial Mobile Park will modernize the facilities of a key Council service, while the rehabilitation of the road surfaces of LU-P-1306 and LU-P-2503 in Incio will improve road safety and connectivity in a rural area. The opening of the public information process allows citizens and affected entities to participate in the process before the final approval of the projects.
