Vilobí d'Onyar approves the resurfacing of streets in the urban center

The Vilobí d’Onyar City Council has definitively approved the valued report for the project “Resurfacing of streets in the center of Vilobí d’Onyar”, a public work with a contract execution budget of 70,617.49 euros (VAT included). The decision is made public through an edict signed by the mayor, Lluís Salvi i Camps, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona (no. 168, of September 1, 2026, edict 7589, CVE BOP-2026_0_168_7589).
Initial approval and public exhibition process
The file, identified by number X2026001247, was initially approved by Mayoral Decree 288/2026, dated June 17, 2026. After the public exhibition period of the agreement elapsed without any allegations being presented, the initial approval agreement has become definitive.
The publication is made for the purpose of article 38.2 of the Regulation of works, activities and services of local entities, approved by Decree 179/1995, of June 13, so that it may be known.
Deadlines and means of appeal

- Contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Courts of the province of Girona, within a period of two months from the date of publication.
- Optional appeal for reversal, within a period of one month from the publication of the announcement.
- Any other appeal deemed appropriate.
