Por FactBox Admin

The Villorejo Neighborhood Council has called for a public auction to award the hunting rights of the hunting ground BU-10.132 for five hunting seasons, with a minimum annual fee of 12,396.69 euros plus the corresponding VAT. The file and the specifications of particular administrative clauses were approved by the Plenary of the Villorejo Minor Local Entity in an ordinary session on August 12, 2026. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Burgos no. 177, dated September 17, 2026, with official reference BOPBUR-2026-03594.
Public exhibition and object of the contract
The Plenary agreement approves the administrative file and the specifications that will govern the award of the hunting rights under a lease agreement. Both are exhibited to the public for fifteen days starting from the day following the publication of the announcement, on the notice board and on the electronic headquarters of the Isar City Council (https://isar.sedelectronica.es), for examination and any claims that may be presented. The bidding process will be postponed as necessary in the event that claims are filed.
The contract is of a private nature and its object is the award of the hunting rights of the BU-10.132 hunting ground in Villorejo for five seasons, which will begin in 2027-2028 and end with the conclusion of the 2031-2032 campaign. The specifications allow for an extension for another five seasons, subject to the agreement of both parties, and do not provide for division into lots.
- Awarding entity: minor local entity of Villorejo.
- Department processing the file: secretariat.
- Processing: ordinary; open procedure, by competition.
- Duration: five seasons (2027-2028 to 2031-2032), extendable for another five.

Award criteria and guarantees
The evaluation of the offers is divided among four criteria, with a maximum of one hundred points:

- Hiring of a rural gamekeeper: 10 points.
- Number of shotguns: up to 10 points.
- Experience: up to 10 points.

Deadlines, submission of offers and opening
The deadline for submitting bids is fifteen calendar days starting from the day following the publication of the tender notice in the Official Gazette of the Province of Burgos. The required documentation is that which appears in the specifications, and proposals shall be submitted to the Isar City Council, in person, by certified mail, or through any of the modalities provided for in Article 16.4 of Law 39/2025, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
The opening of the bids will take place at the Isar City Council on the first working Tuesday following the end of the submission period. Documentation and information may be obtained at the municipal offices located at Las Escuelas, 3, postal code 09653, Isar (Burgos); telephone 947 450 193; email isar@diputaciondeburgos.net; and the contractor profile at https://isar.sedelectronica.es. The notice is signed in Palacios de Villorejo, on August 12, 2026, by the mayor, José Luis Pardo García.
A five-campaign contract for the local hunting ground
The auction offers hunting societies, rural guards, and local holders the possibility to manage one of the fenced areas of the municipality of Isar for a decade—five seasons plus an optional extension. The weight of the annual fee in the scoring, with up to 70 out of 100 points, places the economic bid as the decisive factor, while the hiring of a rural guard, the number of shotguns, and experience complete the rest of the assessment. The fifteen-calendar-day deadline to submit bids and the prior public exhibition of the file mark the immediate calendar for interested parties.
