Villaverde del Monte approves the paving of the Plaza del Tercio

The Villaverde del Monte City Council has approved the basic and execution project for the paving of the Plaza del Tercio, an urban improvement action amounting to 43,308.45 euros (VAT included). The agreement was adopted by the municipal Plenary in an ordinary session held on August 21, 2026, and the file is now subject to public consultation for ten business days.

The decision was made public via an announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Burgos, number 169, dated September 7, 2026, with reference BOPBUR-2026-03676, signed by the mayor, Adrián Rodríguez Valdivielso, on August 25, 2026.

A project drafted by a registered technician

The project was drafted by the architect J. Raúl del Amo Arroyo, a member of the Official College of Architects of Castilla y León Este, and provides for the complete paving of the Plaza del Tercio, one of the most representative public spaces in the municipality.

The work is part of the municipal policy for the improvement and renovation of public spaces in Villaverde del Monte, with the aim of adapting the pavement and the conditions of use of the square for the residents.

The file may be examined by interested parties at the Secretariat of the Villaverde del Monte City Council during the period of ten business days, counted from the day following the publication of the announcement in the official gazette.
