Villarrubia de los Ojos auctions three plots in the Santa Ana industrial estate

The City Council of Villarrubia de los Ojos has called for an auction for the disposal of three plots located in the Santa Ana industrial estate, divided into three independent lots with a combined base price of 131,720 euros, VAT not included. The call is supported by Mayoral Decree No. 2852, dated October 19, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real number 205, dated October 23, 2026, under announcement number 3441. The administrative file is 4512/2026 and its processing corresponds to the Secretariat and Urban Planning department.

The tender is governed by the specifications approved along with the decree and is processed through ordinary procedure, under the modality of plot sale. The starting price of each lot is “improvable upwards,” meaning that the economic proposals submitted by interested parties may exceed the initial municipal valuation. Three lots with their own areas and registry properties

The auction is divided into three lots that can be awarded separately, each with its own plot, area, registry property, and base price:

• Lot 1: plot 3, 1,188 square meters, registry property 31.505, with a base price of 47,520.00 euros.
• Lot 2: plot 4, 1,198 square meters, registry property 31.507, with a base price of 47,920.00 euros.
• Lot 3: plot 5, 907 square meters, registry property 31.697, with a base price of 36,280.00 euros.

Twenty calendar days to submit bids

The deadline for submitting proposals is 20 calendar days starting from the day following the publication of the tender announcement on the contractor profile and the announcement in the provincial gazette; if both dates do not coincide, the later date shall be taken. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Vortal platform, in the manner indicated in the specifications, and the opening of the proposals will also be carried out electronically on the same platform.
