Por FactBox Admin

Villarrobledo cobra el tercer trimestre de agua, alcantarillado y basuras

The Villarrobledo City Council has set the period from October 1 to 31, 2026, for the collection of third-quarter receipts for drinking water supply, sewerage, and waste collection fees. The announcement is signed by the mayor-president, Simón Valentín Bueno Vargas, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Albacete number 116, corresponding to Monday, October 5, 2026, in the Third Section (Local Administration), page 40, under announcement number 24.387.

The text, dated in Villarrobledo on September 16, 2026, is addressed to all subscribers in the town and details the concepts included in the collection campaign, the place of payment, the surcharge regime, and the procedure for filing claims against the registers. The publication in the provincial gazette serves as collective notification to the interested parties, in accordance with current tax and collection regulations.

Deadlines, concepts, and place of payment

Collection will take place at the offices of Gestión y Técnicas del Agua, S.A., located at calle Tinajeros, 7, local D, Villarrobledo, throughout the month of October. The receipts correspond to the third quarter of 2026 and comprise three concepts:

  • Drinking water supply fee.
  • Sewerage fee.
  • Waste collection fee.

The City Council recommends that subscribers use the payment and subscription management methods available at banking entities, confederated savings banks, and credit cooperatives, in order to avoid travel and delays in the payment of receipts.

20% surcharge if not paid on time

Once the voluntary payment period has elapsed, the Council will proceed to collect the debts through the executive procedure, with a 20% surcharge. The announcement warns that, once the deadline has expired, the debt will be demanded via the enforcement process (vía de apremio), which may also entail late payment interest and costs.

Registers on display and claims period

The registration rolls will be available for public inspection in the Intervención-Ingresos (Audit-Revenue) section of the City Council for fifteen business days for the purpose of claims. Pursuant to Article 124 of the General Tax Law and Article 88 of the General Collection Regulations, interested parties are considered collectively notified by the publication of this announcement, without the need for individual notification.

The announcement closes with the customary publicity formula: “Which is made public for general knowledge,” signed by the mayor, Simón Valentín Bueno Vargas.

The measure affects all subscribers in Villarrobledo, who have a single month to pay three periodic municipal fees. The established calendar concentrates the quarterly payment in October and leaves little room to regularize the situation: those who let October 31 pass will face a 20% surcharge and an executive enforcement procedure. For residents with doubts regarding their bill, the preliminary route is to file a claim against the register during the fifteen business days of public exhibition at Intervención-Ingresos.
