Villar de Fallaves tenders the lease of its rural estates

The Villar de Fallaves City Council has opened a tender, via an open procedure, for the lease of its rural estates for agricultural use, with a minimum rent of €122.00 per hectare per year, which may be improved upwards. The decision was adopted by the municipal Plenary in an extraordinary session held on August 19, 2026, and the announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zamora number 104, dated September 7, 2026, page 9.

The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous offer, which constitutes the sole selection criterion. The specifications of economic-administrative clauses and the documentation to be submitted are available to interested parties at the city council.

Object and duration of the contract

The object of the contract is the lease of municipal rural estates for agricultural use. The duration is set at five agricultural years, non-renewable, with the first year being the 2026-2027 season.

Deadlines and submission of offers

  • Submission of proposals: at the City Council Secretariat, during office hours, during the ten business days following the publication of the announcement in the BOP of Zamora.
  • Opening of proposals: in a public act at the Town Hall, on the day and time designated by the city council, which will be announced in advance and will take place within five business days following the end of the offer submission period.

The announcement is signed by the mayor in Villar de Fallaves, September 1, 2026, and the file is processed through the Provincial Council of Zamora.
