Villanueva del Aceral tenders the lease of municipal rural plots

The City Council of Villanueva del Aceral (Ávila) has approved the file for the award of agricultural use, through leasing, of municipal rural plots of a patrimonial nature originating from the common masses of land consolidation, via an open procedure. The decision was adopted by Plenary Agreement dated September 2, 2026, and was made public through an announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ávila, number 173, of September 8, 2026 (number 1803/26).

The tender is governed by the Specific Administrative Clauses Document approved in the same plenary agreement, which establishes the leasing conditions and the list of plots subject to the call. The announcement is signed by the mayor-president, Dativo Rodríguez García, dated September 4, 2026.

Object and awarding entity

The object of the tender is the award of agricultural use, through leasing, of the municipal rural plots originating from the common masses of land consolidation, listed in the specifications document. The awarding entity is the council itself:

Submission of bids

Bids must be submitted in the form and with the documentation established in the specifications document. The submission period is fifteen business days, counted from the day following the publication of the tender announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ávila, that is, from September 9, 2026.

• Submission method: in the form and with the documentation established in the Specific Administrative Clauses Document.

Opportunity for the agricultural sector

The call provides farmers and livestock breeders in the area the possibility to access the lease of municipal-owned land originating from land consolidation, a common method in the rural areas of Ávila to add value to unused patrimonial land. The open procedure allows the participation of any interested party who meets the conditions of the specifications, in a municipality within the region of La Moraña.
